Drilling fluid vibrating screen is the oil drilling mud system of the first level of solid control equipment, but also mud purification system in the important solid control equipment, vibrating screen working principle is the use of vibrator excitation produced by the reciprocating rotary vibration and work. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce plane rotary vibration, and the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface produce cone surface rotary vibration, and the effect of its joint action makes the screen surface produce compound rotary vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The curve is projected as a circle in the horizontal plane, and the projection in the vertical plane is an ellipse. Adjusting the excitation force of the upper and lower rotating hammers can change the amplitude. Adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower hammers can change the shape of the curve of the sieve surface trajectory and change the trajectory of the material on the sieve surface.
The particle size of the separated solid-phase particles ranges from a few micrometers to more than twenty millimeters. At present, the maximum mesh size used in the screen reaches 325 mesh.
