  The Mud Cleaner series is a secondary and tertiary solids control device that combines a grit removal cone, mud removal cone and downward mounted shale shaker in a compact, small and powerful package.
 
  The Mud Cleaner effectively removes and dries solids from weighted and unweighted drilling fluid systems while retaining expensive drilling fluids. The hydrocyclone performs primary separation and the underflow enters the shaker of the vibrating screen. Mud cleaners reduce drilling fluid costs and disposal costs.

  Silica strippers are used to remove 20-40 µm solids particles from the drilling fluid. This type of desilter has been modified over many years of application with reliable technical performance and very good treatment results. Its hydrocyclone has long service life and stable performance. It is suitable for all kinds of drilling bits in oil field. 
The inlet and outlet of the hydrocyclone can be connected quickly for easy replacement and maintenance.
