Petroleum Oilfield Solid Control Equipment Mud Cleaner Desilter

    The desilter is the third-stage solids control device for drilling fluids in drilling operations. It is commonly equipped with sets of 4" or 5"  hydrocyclone, which mainly used for separating the solid particles sized in 15-44μm from the drilling fluids.The desilter cleaner mainly consists of Vibrating Shaker, hydrocyclones, distribution manifold, and electric control cabinet. Desilter removes the solid particles from the drilling fluids which cannot be remove by shale shaker and desander.
