  Shale shaker is the first level of solid control equipment in the drilling fluid treatment system, also known as the key solid control equipment in the drilling mud system, the working principle of the shaker is to use the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the shaker excitation and work. The upper part of the vibrator rotating hammer makes the screen surface produce plane rotating vibration, the lower part of the rotating hammer makes the screen surface produce cone rotating vibration, and the effect of its joint action makes the screen surface produce compound rotating vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The projection of the curve in the horizontal plane is a circle, and the projection in the vertical plane is an ellipse. Adjusting the excitation force of the upper and lower rotating hammers can change the amplitude.           Adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower rotating hammers can change the shape of the curve of the screen surface trajectory, and change the trajectory of the material on the screen surface. Shale vibrating screen determines the performance of the whole solid control system. Solid control company can design double shaker and triple shaker on one skid according to customer's special requirements.
