Mud Cleaner is the second or third-stage of solids control equipment, and it is a Integrated one of desander,desilter and mud shale shaker. It has compact structure, small space occupation and powerful functionality, being an ideal option as the second or the third-stage solids control equipment.

P[roduction Description

The desilting and desanding cyclone is designed based on the principle of particle settling. When separating drilling fluid, a certain pressure and velocity are generated by a sand pump, which spirals along the inner wall of the cyclone. Coarse particles sink along the inner wall of the cyclone under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, and are discharged from the bottom outlet and separated on the fine vibrating screen below. The remaining medium rises along the spiral of the cyclone and enters the next stage of separation equipment for further purification and treatment through the overflow outlet.
