Desander 

Desander is the second-stage solid control equipment for drilling fluid treatment in drilling operation, usually with hydrocyclone groups of 8", 10", and 12" .It is mainly used for separating the solid particles whose size ranges from 44 to 74μm from drilling fluid. The desander is mainly composed of vibrating shaker, hydrocyclone, manifold and electric control cabinet. The desander is used to separate solid particles that cannot be separated by the shale shaker.

It consists of five parts: vibrating screen, desanding cyclone, desilting cyclone, bracket, base and locking device.

Features:
(1) Compact structure, novel, reliable, easy maintenance, wide application, etc. This equipment combines vibrating screen, desanding and desilting cyclone into one, which greatly reduces the occupied area and brings great convenience to on-site operation and well team relocation.
(2) The vibrating screen in this equipment can be used as an independent body in parallel with the No. 1 tank vibrating screen. In use, the advantages of parallel connection of sieves should be maximized, and fine mesh screens should be used as much as possible.
